The Holidays are Here!

It snowed an unbelievable amount overnight the last week. It's so exciting that Winter is almost here and that means Christmas is almost here. I love it.

We traveled to Fort Wayne for Thanksgiving; which was interesting with a 6 week old baby. He was great traveling there ans slept for the 2 hour trip. You can see his Great-Grandfather and Great-Grandmother holding him below. We visited both extended families and he was held by countless people! He seemed to enjoy it until about 9:00pm and then he had had enough and let me know through screaming that he was ready to sleep. On the trip back home he decided that he was ready to be back home and it took us an extra hour to drive back as I fed him twice and changed his diaper 3 times.

A tradition that our family has had for a while is to go to a local tree farm cut down our Christmas tree on Thanksgiving weekend. As usual, it was snowing to celebrate the occasion! We bundled Logan up in a little snow suit, strapped him into his Baby Bjorn, and went on our quest for the perfect tree. Somehow it takes me forever to find one I like. Logan slept the whole time whilst sucking on his pacifier.
